“A mistake, I repeated again, today!”
Trading Life , Trading Mistakes
SHILLONG :: It’s never late to execute stop loss, earlier the better. No matter how experienced you are emotions can always sink in. It’s always best to review and reset and recheck our emotions every morning before trading and remind ourselves of our own weakness every morning.
Shillong :: Mistakes I repeated again today, and it’s about time I retrospect myself and take a break. Another red day after a good month. My verified P&L as below:
Mistakes:
- Trading right after the market opens, FOMO – despite an experience of almost 3 years- still making a rookie mistake and its resurgence.
- Position sizing, suddenly picking up a bigger lots
- Skipping a stop loss, expecting a pull back – another rookie mistake I made today.
- Over Trading – After a seeing a big red emotions played on me, I got swayed to over trade.
Positives
At least realizing that it’s already late, but better late than too late and controlling back the emotions and cutting off the losses.
Lessons learned

My most profitable trades consistently has been my days I have traded or executed my first trade between 10:00 am to 10:45 am.
My most lost making trades had been the days I traded around 9:15am to 9:30am.
Realization of my own strength.
